APPLICATION EFFECTS
Check-in
- Automatically triggers room state to occupied from BMS software.
- Temperature is brought to a comfortable level as soon as the gueest checks-in.
- Provide a mobile code to control the room.
Enter the room
- Upon entering the room with the key card after check-in th entrance way light is turned on or a welcome scene is activated.
- When the guests leaves, the room status will return to the guest pre-determined levels.
- Controlled sackets are power supplied (TV appears on welcome interface).
- Indicating panel at the door side shows guestroom status.
Inset card for power (optional)
- When a guest inserts the key card into the power switch at different times of the day, different scenes will be activated.
- All the sockets are supplied power, including TV, hair drier, etc.
- Indicating panel at the door side shows guestroom status
- With a report from the software, it could monitor room status in real time and check log of guests entering and leaving the room.
Close the door
- The occupied status of the room is maintained by the presence detection motion sensors.
Free control
- The air-conditioning panel will switch to local control mode when guests arrive.
- Guests have control from any panel in the room.
Lighting Control
- Reading lamps can be dimmed individually.
- The master switch is set on the bedside panel.
- With the touch of one button of the lighting scene, all the lights in the room would be set to the preferred level. The normal scenes are including "Reading", "TV", etc.
Floor lamp and table lamp control
- Switch on/off anytime.
- Can be switched off through master panel.
Master control panel
- Master panel is set on the bedside panel. All the lights can be turned off with one button when guests are ready to sleep.
SOS
- Once guests press SOS button, the monitor software will receive an alert to promptly notify the service personnel to help.
Curtain Control
- The guests can control the curtains and blinds to adjust the lighting of the room.
- The guests can control the curtains from various panels in the room.
Housekeeping Indication
- Press control keys to enable D.N.D., M.U.R., Doorbell, SOS, etc, logic functions.
Sleep Mode
- When guests need to get up at night they can turn on the floor night lights by softly touching any button on the bedside panel.
Out Mode
- When the motion sensors detect that the room is unoccupied, the A/C will be triggered into thermostat mode allowing temperature to fluctuate within a comfortable range.
- Switch off all the lights.
- Switch off the supply of all the controlled sockets.
- Curtains will automatically close after the guests leave
- Software of monitoring center will automatically show the vacant status.
Out mode (optional) correspondent to 2-1
- When the room key card is removed from the power switch the A/C is triggered into thermostat mode to ensure a comfortable temperature when the guests return
- Switch off all the lights.
- Switch off the supply of all the controlled sockets.
- Software of monitoring center will automatically show the vacant status.
Check- out
- After the guests check out, A/C will be switched off automatically.
- The monitoring software will show the status of the room to be unrented.
- Control codes invalid.
